Radiological Protection Principles concerning the Natural Radioactivity of Building Materials
The purpose of the following recommendations is to provide guidance for setting controls on the radioactivity of building materials. This guidance is not intended to be
applied to existing buildings.
In this document “building materials” means any material which is produced for incorporation in a permanent manner in buildings.1) Introduction
