How Can Robots Help Wayfinding in Healthcare Facilities?


This presentation discusses the merits of machine guidance support system for hospital wayfinding. Surveys were carried out in three Japanese hospitals by placing a guidance system at a hospital entrance to analyze the usage patterns.
